Terex AT20 – Winch leak
The team at Kingys diesel Industries undertakes weekly routine maintenance at several Alfasi Hire sites.
This week we had a winch gearbox leak.
Our team started out by stripping the winch, which allowed us to find some seals inside leaking.
We followed this up by changing the seals and crack testing the connection shaft, we them assembled the winch back to working order.
After the repair a line pull test was recorded to add that extra accountability of safety for the client
This kept the clients machine operating as per Australian Standards.
