Referral fees are 5% of the value of any completed job up to a maximum of $150,000. Based on this, the maximum referral fee possible is $7,500. The job referred must be paid in full before any referral fee is paid out. Referral fees are only applicable to the initial fixed quote of the job referred and excludes any unforeseen costs associated with additional repairs.
