Zero Downtime Guarantee

Offer & Terms

Some downtime is inevitable. Avoidable downtime is not.

Kingy’s Diesel guarantees all scoped work will be completed on or before the promised completion date*.

If we fail to deliver on time, you’ll automatically receive $500 in Service Credits for each working day (Mon–Fri) of avoidable downtime caused by us, up to a maximum of four weeks.

Credits are redeemable on any future Kingy’s service, inspection, or repair.

 

 

*Terms & Conditions

The Zero Downtime Guarantee applies only to the original agreed scope of work and completion timeframe confirmed at the time of booking.

 

The guarantee excludes delays or extensions resulting from:


  1. Additional repairs or faults identified after work commences and not included in the original scope.
  2. Parts, components, or materials unavailable or delayed due to supplier or freight issues outside of Kingy’s control.
  3. Customer-related delays, including but not limited to late approvals, lack of site or machine access, incomplete information, or unpaid invoices.
  4. Force majeure events such as extreme weather, power outages, industrial action, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Kingy’s reasonable control.
  5. Third-party dependencies, including subcontractors, inspection bodies, or certification agencies.

 

Service Credits are:


  • Calculated at $500 per eligible working day (Mon–Fri) of avoidable delay directly caused by Kingy’s.
  • Capped at a maximum of four weeks (20 working days).
  • Non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Only eligible for use on future quotes and/or jobs and none that already exist.
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

 

Kingy’s Diesel Industries reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this program at any time, with all existing client commitments honoured under the terms agreed at the time of booking.
